Cristina,
"The Novus Ordo Missae, even when said with piety and respect for the liturgical rules, ...is impregnated with the spirit of Protestantism. It bears within it a poison harmful to the faith" (An Open Letter to Confused Catholics, Monsenhor Lefvebre)
The Novus Ordo Missae is not truly Catholic, then it cannot oblige for one’s Sunday obligation. Many Catholics who do assist at it are unaware of its all pervasive degree of serious innovation and are exempt from guilt. However, any Catholic who is aware of its harm, does not have the right to participate. He could only then assist at it by a mere physical presence without positively taking part in it, and then and for major family reasons (weddings, funerals, etc).
"não podem por em causa a validade da Missa (mas isso nem hoje pôem)"
Acho que estas duas frase negam a tua frase. Podes confirmar
aqui.
Queres a resposta quanto à posição em relação ao concílio?
Se quiseres dou-te uma ajuda pela mão do próprio monsenhor Lefvbre:
We refuse, on the other hand, and have always refused to follow the Rome of neo-Modernist and neo-Protestant tendencies which were clearly evident in the Second Vatican Council and, after the Council, in all the reforms which issued from it.
(...)
No authority, not even the highest in the hierarchy, can force us to abandon or diminish our Catholic faith, so clearly expressed and professed by the Church’s Magisterium for nineteen centuries.
um pouco mais à frente
This Reformation, born of Liberalism and Modernism, is poisoned through and through; it derives from heresy and ends in heresy, even if all its acts are not formally heretical. It is therefore impossible for any conscientious and faithful Catholic to espouse this Reformation or to submit to it in any way whatsoever.
The only attitude of faithfulness to the Church and Catholic doctrine, in view of our salvation, is a categorical refusal to accept this Reformation.
Posso dar mais exemplos também pela boca do Monsenhor Lefvbre:
Some people feel that if you keep going to the New Mass and stay in your own parishes you can fight from within. What do you think of this approach?
A. No, I think that is not good, because if they are going to the New Mass —slowly, slowly they change their mind and become, slowly, slowly Protestant. It is very dangerous to go to the New Mass regularly, each week, because the New Mass is not some accidental change, but it is a whole orientation, a new definition of the Mass. It has not the same definition as the true Mass.
Q. Are these people then no longer Catholic?
A. I think that —slowly, slowly —they abandon the Catholic Faith. They are no longer Catholic. I think that very slowly they have abandoned the Catholic Faith.
E podia continuar... não tenho muita paciência para ler estas tretas. Se quiseres podes ler tudo

Entretanto podes ler o que pensam sobre a Fraternidade de S. Pedro
